Alright, since nobody seems to know how to even get out of the first (and easiest) room, I'll give you the hint on how to get out. This isn't a walkthrough, after you get out, you have to figure out the whole building :D!!

Click below the ladder on the dirt. The dirt will reveal a screwdriver, Go up the ladder, click on the [ITEMS] button and click the screwdriver, then click use, and click on the lock.
Easy right? Now you have a whole building to figure out :D!!!!!! Enjoy :D!
